Fed Up Challenge Days 3-5

So I've had to add grains (like crackers and pasta) back. Low carb is not working for me. I'm halfway done with the challenge, and the only difference I've noticed is that I'm always tired and drained of energy (which is because I'm not getting enough carbs). If I had sugar cravings like basically everyone else, I'd be a mess right now. However, I don't get sugar cravings, and if I do, they tend to go away pretty quickly. I feel like that's why I'm not noticing any of the promised changes. I guess we'll see how the next 5 days go.
