Fed Up Challenge Day 1

Today was my first day of the Fed Up Challenge, where there is no sugar (except the sugars found in fruit and milk) for 10 days.

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs and cheese

Lunch:
Salad with olive oil
Sweet potato

Snacks:
Almonds
Hard boiled egg
Watermelon

Dinner:
Salmon baked with olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper
Stir-fry veggies (minus the sauce) with brown rice

So far, it hasn't been too bad. I'm just upset because I can't have salad dressing, sweet tea, or toast. I feel limited on my breakfast foods, though. Lots of omelets and quiches for the rest of these days.
